yea lets build a new red server because if the past 10 years of red server pop has taught us anything, we need to reward them.

pvp has always been more niche than pve, rightly so. its a smaller pop so the toxicity is more apparent. Can't pretend that there isn't a lot of toxicity in the PVE servers, just more players to cushion it.
