If I have to log in, or zone a single time on your behalf against my will you're paying me.
Pay clerics for rezzes. Druids are whatever, because they're druid bots specifically for porting. But if you're eating 96%'s multiple zones away you need to be paying those clerics. That shit is wildly inconvenient for them, and saves you a huge amount of grinding.
Pay for your rezzes. ESPECIALLY if they're strangers.
