There is no set date on when Velious is being released on Project 1999.
The developers have been asking quite a few questions about content and functionality lately which, in addition to the time-frame since Kunark dropped, has lead many to believe it will be released soon(ish). However, never once has the P99 staff made a specific release date and it is unlikely, if not a guarantee, we will NOT know when it is to be released until it is already released.
PS: i'm bookmarking this thread just so I can come back and easily quote this post every time this question pops up.
