McCain thinks:

1) Republicans are going to lose the house

2) Both Obama and Trump aren't doing anything serious about cyber attacks

3) We need to launch our own cyber attacks against "troll team 6."

I have to give him credit for coming up with "troll team 6" at such an advanced age.

Russia already employs and protects full blown bank fraud hackers who have individually stolen hundreds of millions of dollars.

The CIA/Brits have one of them under 24/7 surveillance on the Black Sea, but he never leaves sovereign territory. Sovereign meaning anything in Russia, of course.

What McCain is saying is, people want to smoke tons of weed, do tons of drugs, and hack computers. And unless we get with the times and hire some of these trolls, we aren't going to be effective in the future. Its just a fact.

P.S. Russia lets the Black Sea bank hacker still hack banks and commit crimes for hire while being employed (and now protected) by the Russian government.
