I support respecting camps in the name of efficiency for everybody, but in a situation where it's a high-demand zone at peak hours with a bunch of exp-hungry folks there looking for stuff to kill, you better expect that it's going to be FFA.

This is pretty much it though there are camps defined in the rules. If another geoup was there first and you wantto play nice then ask them specifically what is camped. This is a small server and chances are you are going to want to group with those people in the future so being considerate is a good idea.
