Having an issue in Erudin with the Slasin/Inert Potion quest.
I can get the quest from Toresin (after killing the necro at the dock 20 times) & have amiable faction with Toresin now. Prior to this he would not give me the quest.
When I went downstairs with potion in hand, gave to fake Slasin. He took it, said nothing. No faction hits. Hmm. Went back upstairs triggered quest again. Back downstairs there are now TWO identical fake Slasins there. The 'real' one is in the back room. Try again, give potion to one of the fakes. Nothing happens. Kill the 2 fake ones, real Slasin comes from out back. Trigger quest again - give potion to him, get faction good & bad. Did it again - Real Slasin still there. Kill Real Slasin. Trigger quest again. Now nobody is coming, real fake or otherwise.
I see from prior posts on this quest that the real Slasin is on a 2 hour timer BUT can trigger them by doing the quest. What am I doing wrong here or do I just need to wait 2 hours & try again? Something is amiss I think, considering that I DID have the fake one up, and then 2 of them, and turning in potion resulted in no faction hit of any kind.
Ideas?
