I agree with moving it up to 30 min before spawn. i.e. 8:30am EST.
Waiting 4.5 hours is kind of silly and sucks for anyone doing this part.

30 min before spawn. When it extends to > 1 hour before the next spawn it rolls up to 30 minutes. Every time. Easy.
