Kflame is terrible. The proc hardly ever lands (I don't think the -100fr works) and it annoys me how it has FR, but anything with FR is immune to the proc.

I don't know if I parsed this all out before I had primal (which gives me max dex) but on mobs like Vyemm and Vulak the proc Flame of the Efreeti (from Baton of Flame or Kreizenn's Flame) was negligible and not more than say 1 DPS increase.
I can mess with it some more in the future.
