The problem with arguments like threse is it takes low level street crime, makes it the main problem in society while white collar crime is looting the fuck out of the public treasury with for example bogus wars that profits corporations, transforms countries like iraq into wastelands, thats the real crime. Your public funds are getting looted each year giving money to Israel so it can make its citizens lives in danger with reckless killing of palestinian civilians, taking over their lands.
