It depends, do you want that gear to have while you level up or do you just want that gear some day and it can happen when you're 50+? At 50 you can farm enough of the right things to buy the gear you're talking about as a monk.
If you want to use it while leveling the monk then you'll be best off building a farmer char. Necros, Encs, Shaman can do this.
At your current level you can probably farm bronze dropping mobs and get enough for your 55hp rings in pretty short order, the FBSS will take you significantly longer though.
You could get a couple more levels and then try farming sarnak legionnaires in LOIO for a bracer of the hidden, but I'm guessing by its price and the level of the mob that drops them it's a very rare drop.
Edit: Just a note, I support the 'stick with it' unless you have a desire to level another class. One possible option is to follow this leveling guide:

Since each of these spots tends to have fairly high competition you could just park your char at the appropriate place for your level, pop in at the start of your play time. If someone has the camp log and switch back to your monk. If the camp is free then go about your merry way. Casters will not really need any gear whatsoever until 30+ and if you stay at each camp a little longer than usual you can get away with not having the gear.

1-12: continue to do quests that yield cash like rabid animal quests, early bandit sashes etc...
12-17: bandits in lfay drop bronze. Dervs in nro drop bronze. Willowisps drop lightstones and greater lightstones. If you can find groupage in Highpass can also try and get dark wood shield, shralok pack and DA idol as EC loot.

Most of all have fun and don't worry too much about the loot. As was stated earlier, it comes much faster at higher levels and rightfully so - the cost of the highest level gear is just that much more.
