If I wanted to "sneak in" I would just connect under 20 different names and ips over the course of the day and wait until the wannabe hall monitors just voice everyone.
Shields wasn't me. Massachusetts is a pretty large state, there are other people from here and I can personally name Estu, Prince(also banned and comes in under various names all the time), Eashan, etc.
