I'm on my wizard trying to turn in a couple bags of belts but for some odd reason, I can't see the NPC to turn them in. I talked a couple of other people in the zone but no one else seemed to be having the same issue. So I tried restarting my game, twice, and to no avail, I still can't see him.

I have also tried logging onto my Druid to see if he was there, and he still is not there.
So I am just saving up belts for now! Would love some insight though!
