Description: Mage spell merchant missing spell

Relevant NPCs: Clockwork Merchant

Relevant LOCs: 1075, -1029 The only merchant in the room with Tergon Brenclog

Steps to reproduce bug:
  1. Right click the merchant and look!

Expected behavior: The level 29 mage spell Summon: Coldstone
