/list isn't remotely classic as interaction is completely removed. By your own link of CS Guidelines, "engagement" is required, whether by Staff and/or the vested parties.
/list is an abdication of the entire premise of an MMO, Staff guidelines, and counter-culture to the very idea of playing with other people.
