Would be kinda funny if the quest is currently coded to accept the portal skullcap atm. Not something I want to risk testing though. The quest better give me like a bazillion faction hits if that were the case lols. But I'm like 99.9% sure that the quest was intended to use the droppable halfling skullcaps out in Nektulos. xD
