The beta buff shaman does have a guise in a bag.
The character is weird as fuck though. If that shaman spent like 20k on some BIS droppable gear to go along with all the end tier raid items, he would actually have decent stats. It feels like someone's alt that just looted Phara Dar rots for the lols, but never actually played a shaman.
The biggest wtf is that he has pretty much every shaman usable VP drop except for the most important one (Hammer of the Dragonborn).
