We lost a close runner up yesterday as well, at level 15 he was struck down by some treehuggers hanging out at a druid ring, coincidentally he has left the challenge and the guild behind and chose to continue on with his character!

If you would like to start together with your friends then have the group random for the same race, then random separately for different classes.
