I found that for about a level 5 character the exp gotten from the teeth things hels alot. I turned in 12 teeth to captain Tillin on the balcony and I went up a full level up to level 6.

My Bar. Shm as a lvl 7 could lvl to 8 with just 10 Gnoll fangs. It's a very good and useful quest and i highly recomend everyone going to Black Burrow not only to lvl from the gnolls but als to lvl with the gnoll fangs. Very easy.

Seems like people report varying degrees of exp gains. Another guy says it took him 93 to get a level. It's dubious to base all your claims on one Alla post.
