List of R&F genuine Psychopaths

I hear a whole lot about why certain players are psychopaths but have not met one here yet. I would like for everyone to list the players they believe are genuine psychopaths so we can round them up and throw them in jail irl. Any stories that provide adequate proof to your claim is highly recommended.

So far I can only think of the DDOS'ers as being highly suspect as horrible human beings that could be seen to have some psychopathology.
