Is Locustlure dropping?

I have yet to see one of these, I am curious if it is actually in the game.

It is. I pulled the guy the other day and our groups rogue got it (of course I don't get to nbg the jade mace that drops.. totally fair).

Thanks! Jade mace is better everyday rogue offhander IMO than locustlure. Slowing repeatedly is way too much aggro. It's a nice utility weapon to carry around though.
