Is Efreeti War Axe from PoSky off noble MQable?

I have the other 3 pieces from sky for the SK weapon- Rheumguls (Khyldom the Blood Drinker) Is the Efreeti War Axe (that drops off Noble) MQable?

I'm pretty sure that none of the PoSky quests are MQable. They may have been on live (don't know) but they aren't on p99.

All of the efreeti weapons can be traded and are not no-drop.

Currently no Sky Quests are MQable. They will be made MQable at some later date when the devs have time to recode all 78 Quests up there.
