its alright, similar to skysword (12/21) but not as reliable. Wouldn't use in normal group but its nice in say HoT where i can summon new arrows between fights. BFG rly don't generate much aggro at all.

Super gross with trueshot. Rangers regularly outDPS even our rogues at Vindi.

Last I heard, the BFG wasn't reporting correctly that it was dealing double damage to a stationary target like it should because Archery on 50+ Ranger.
To my knowledge: BFG should double damage on stationary targets, be increased by Trueshot, be hasted by quiver haste, and do generate 0 aggro.

mmmm it pretty much do all of this. It does 2xdmg on stationary targets, trueshot work alright, quiver haste works too, dunno if it's 0 aggro but it's next to nothing (always assumed it's because it's just so fucking slow) and it does gross dps with trueshot and good arrows

I don't understand archery. Do people love the BFG so much because it's a cool looking weapon? Or is it actually better dps than other bows with comparable/better ratios?
