Game Mechanics: Halas Door - Cannot get in to Cindl

While trying to turn in for newbie armor quests in Halas on Red (have not tried blue) I found that I could not enter the threshold to the Kilt store where the NPC Cindl lives. Please help! I am naked and it is very cold! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

ALT + O, go to Display Tab, lower your FPS settings to around 50-60ish.
