NPC Spawn Issue: natasha despawn

hello,

i did the cleric epic part :


Take the crown to Shmendrik Lavawalker (3600, 0) who spawns once every 3 hours. Stay at his spawn spot because he is level 30 so someone might kill him if you are not there. When you give it to him he will give you Oil of Fennin Ro and Natasha Whitewater will spawn. Natasha will kill Shmendrik, causing a spirit of flame to spawn immediately on his corpse. Kill this level 40 spirit of flame who has approximately 3300 hitpoints.

Loot the Damaged Goblin Crown from him. Natasha will also try to kill her so just root, enstill, mesmerize, or do something that will keep her out of the fight because if she gets killing blow it may cause corpse to disappear. Then Give Natasha the Damaged Goblin Crown. Make sure you clear your aggro if you rooted, mezzed, or took any otherwise aggressive action before you attempt to do the trade in.


i m rooting, natasha and im killing the spirit than i log off /on but natasha despawn so i cannot give the crown...

natasha should be up much longer ...

I've done the same, and never had an issue with her depopping. The last time I did it was probably 2 months though.

Rooting and camping IMO is unwise. Calm her once she spawns. Then stand sit where Shemendrick is going to die.

If calm/pacified Natasha won't Aggro the spirit. If you're sitting the spirit will aggro you.

Kill spirit, turn in to Natasha. This is how I've always done this part of the epic.

:shrug: Given that I've always done this on my druid, I've always rooted and camped her. Done this at least 4 times with no issue. Sounds like harmony would be easier tho [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

It certainly is [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. But pacify/calm works just fine if you are high enough level to not get too many resists.

This should work, I've done it atleast 20 times for me and others that need help with it.

I've changed her despawn to factor the last time she left combat, instead of only her spawn time.

Fixed, pending update.
