Ryshon Hunsti - gone rogue?

Hi,

I've been trying to locate Ryshon Hunsti in West Karana for the Sword of Nobility quest. I lost count how many hours I've been, unsuccessfully, camping him.
Any info appreciated,

I found a old Patch post here on the forum, dating to around June 2010, saying he was removed from the game.

Should I assume he never returned? :S

Ghoulbane is still a drop-only item on this server. I don't know the exact date that it becomes quested, or if it ever will on this server.

The quest, nor a no-drop ghoulbane will ever be available on p99.
