Question about IP Exemption

I got an IP Exemption about 2 years ago for my sister and I and we haven't played since then. We moved about a year ago to a new apartment and I am just wondering does the IP Exemption work regardless of what IP we are connecting from, or do I have to make a new IP Exemption because our IP has changed?
