Server chat is for everyone, and the pvp and pve people all post here. PvP Server Chat seems to be specifically for the goings on of that server, and some discussion of pvp. Server Chat has good info for pve stuff, and the pvp players also post here. I know I do :P

Character creation is something that happens on both servers, and I value the opinions of the blue players as much as I do the red players.
