Other items I believe to be missing:
Circle of Stones - drops off of Theodast Waggmump in Rathe Mtns.

Wand of Swords (the mage version of Conflag wand) - I believe this drops off male revenants in Hate, but not in place of an armor drop on the loot table. Not sure though.

Bladed Thulian Claws were called Demon Claws until they changed the name due to it being "offensive." This really doesn't need additional research but throwing it on the list.
