Total the time Faydedar was not on a tank and running toward a TMO member < Total time Sev was not on a tank and running towards an FE/IB member.

Our first wave of reinforcements was more than enough to handle Fay.

^ this. If their puller hadn't let Draco melt his face, and instead ran him further (away from where FE was logging their force in) that would have been a kite. You guys made an honest mistake. Let's move on.

FE, you formed up to take on TMO and make the raid scene a better place. And now you're pulling this shady shit? How are you any better than what you willfully gathered together to oppose? I don't even think TMO would pull something like this, and that fucking pains me to say.

Next time you're bind rushing Sev and ask us for help to seal the deal so TMO doesn't get the kill, is this what you want us to remember and tell you to piss off?

pulling to who? no one was in zone. The fraps show the only other person in zone is their tracker which is probably above the TT arch or the bell tower. You can pull a raid mob to a waiting group of people/raid. If it's just you it's not a pull, it's a fucking kite. He KITED the mob away from our raid for multiple minutes, this interfered with our ability to even pull the mob in the first place. If we wait for him to die while he dicks around he just buys his guild time to show up and assist him. It's basically a lose/lose scenario for him. He either disqualifies us when we try to justifiably kill the mob or he buys his raid time to show up and peel it off him

First off, Sirken and I were BOTH in Fear when Draco popped. We watched an FE puller start what looked to be an intentional kite. He ran to the wall and stopped. At this time, FE had FTE. So instead of letting the FE puller get wiped by Draco or start a Kite, BDA pulled aggro on FE's FTE and proceeded to try and pull him to the BDA camp. This in itself is against the rules. If another force has FTE you do not get to make the decision of when their FTE is no longer valid, period. You fraps the event, and you petition to the Staff. Or, as would have been the case in this scenario, since you had two gm's watching, we wouldn't have even needed a petition.

In pulling Draco off the FE puller, you essentially screwed yourself. Respect the FTE message at all times. If you think someone is breaking the rules, fraps the event and petition. Do not take matters into your own hands. If you hadn't pulled aggro off the FE puller, it is very likely he would have kited Draco along the wall instead of dying. However, since you did not allow him to do that, FE/IB is getting this kill

Please feel free to repost this verbatim to prevent any misinterpretation in my words. I would prefer if you don't take this opportunity to skew what I just said.
