Empire is aimchat or scraps if you are too stupid to figure it out. No BIS drops seem to be distributed outside of a certain core. Sure lots of ppl gets a lot of junk, but there is no transparency. Hence rhettiwalk and gyno getting good pixels in spite of their shitty 40% RA.
