Group resist buffs

Circle of Winter / Summer, Jasinth, Shadoo give +45 on Beta (+40 on Blue) - were these spells buffed during Velious?

They should always do 45. They were bugged on P99 side. The beta patch fixed them. It should get pushed live next patch.

figured as much, BUT could we also fix CoS stacking with the cold resist pot or has that always been an issue? :x

I know it stacked (CoSummer/Resist Cold) during Luclin/PoP. But the evidence appears to suggest that they didn't stack before that.
