Yeah - another option that I only just realized would fit into the whole belt haste thing is Spiked Seahorse Hide - which would be 3% more haste, 5 more AC, but -6 str, -6 dex and probably ABOUT equal on HP (4 STA 25 HP vs 10 STA).

I wouldn't be concerned with 6str/dex. You can max that with like 135...

Good point.

Well bottom line, guess it's time for me start saving for some belt haste - RBB or SSHB! In either case, I think Lodizal Shell Shield is a must-have for a warrior given the resists and the higher AC.

I'm currently in the same boat as you are Evanderheide. I'm using an RBB with a Cloak of the Maelstorm in my back slot on my Warrior. As far as my weapons go, I'm using an Infestation in my primary and a WESS in my off hand. I don't usually have much agro issues until I'm grouped with people with a better haste item than myself I.E. CoF or Cloak of Rakusha. I have been tossing up the notion of selling my RBB and buying a CoF, but I don't think that 5% haste will be worth the stat and raw hp loss from my current set up.

Cof + Spider Fur Belt or Blood Runed Girdle > RBB + Maelstrom

Those are some interesting combo's there Naethyn. I'm sure glad that you always seem to shed light on the grey area's of this game. Looks like I just might have to give Seb a break and hit up Velks for a while.

That's what my warrior uses. It's nice.

Yeah I'm going back and forth on which pairing is better. Basically, if you're going belt haste, you're long term going to want a Lodi Shield.

If you go CoF, you're going Spider Fur or Blood Runed.

Naethyn is making me go back and forth. The good part is I've only got 4k saved at this point so I have plenty of time to think about it. CoF does seem really nice

Btw Metalord, you're literally future me. I currently have a WESS and Frostbringer, until I get an Infestation, and have a Maelstrom Cloak for back slot. If I go ahead with my plan I'll have an RBB too [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. Small world warrior gearing....
