Game Mechanics: Tunare's Loot Table

The number of drops Tunare currently can hold is incorrect. Typically on P99 she drops a single item. Rarely she can drop two.

This is incorrect. She should be dropping 4 items consistently.

Now of course, since this mob was only killed twice during Velious, once during the mid-term (FoH/CD) and once during the end (Afterlife), there doesn't exist too much reliable in-era information. The mid-Velious kill I believe resulted in only BPs. The later Velious one by AL dropped some Tunare loot.

Afterlife's update shows no loot but she is wielding the whip (and isn't perma rooted).

Ok, maybe it's not all shitty...but then again, I am biased as a bard ! Grats Bumrak on a Nature's Melody, Shoryuken on the monk gloves and Sondarious and Korhal on the staffs of ass.

Unfortunately the other guild websites posting kills in early 2002 don't archive well, and no other information is readily available in this era.

I can pull my logs from live, and she does drop 4 loots there regularly, never dropping only a single item though.

Ah I didn't even think that version dropped the blade.

Do you know what Afterlife's version dropped beyond the whip the pictures show?

It wasn't even perma-rooted until mid Luclin, but it is already Permarooted here. So we have the Luclin version already I figured the loots would follow.

Should the bug report be changed to remove the perma rooted status of Tunare?

She also never wielded a weapon other than the sap encrusted branch. There's screenshots of her holding weapons not on her loot table, like rusty maces, but that's a whole different bug report.

The significance of her wielding bard haste daggers is significant. She procs them and hastes herself here.

I've never seen a screenshot of her wielding a flamberge or dagger. Or any of her other flashy weapons. Only seen her wield the staff in guild update threads, then screenshots of her with junk rusty weapons. On live, you were able to hand weapons to npc and they would wield them, even without charm.

Tunare is dead. The drops from the wench were VERY nice resulting in Essences of Nature for both Yikten and myself (Qhue), as well as a nice new Thorn for Nedden, and our resident uber warrior from the orient Chuns got her amazing Girdle.

Another January 2002 post with 4 loot Tunare. Again showing her smaller and not perma rooted.

The perma root post was April, 2002 according to Allakhazam. Likely it is the same time as when they increased her size.

So we've established the mid Velious kill had 1 loots. The late Velious kill had unknown loots, Atleast 1 whip. And the early Luclin kills have 4 loots consistently.

I guess it's up to nilbog. It can be left in the Permarooted mode, in which case it should probably be dropping the 4 loots every time. If not the Permarooted should be removed because that wasn't in until Velious. Unknown how many drops she can have during the late Velious era though. Afterlife doesn't still have its DKP archived does it?
