Really inconclusive. Anyone who tells you Gluten is bad for everyone isn't speaking from a scientific consensus or established position.
The science can always catch up with the on-the-ground reality, but that doesn't make the claim any less spurious. | ||

grow it, harvest it, butcher it, and cook it yourself if you want a good and healthy meal. not enough time anymore unless you're already financially set. these food theories are nice, but most are unrealistic in terms of what is currently happening; they seem to be more inclined to be "look at me" science instead of helping people.
