Eh. Sky shawl has those lovely HPs and a bit more AC compared to low AC and -stam on the neriad shawl... but unless you have pretty nice gear otherwise such that you're capping charisma with your hp, mp, and ac where you want them for what you're doing, the neriad shawl just has so much charisma and int on it that I personally can't pass it up.

For me, personally, getting the neriad shawl meant I could drop crude stein and a crappy, +7 cha JCed ring for orb of the infinite void and a 6/65 ring.

I would say the 45 minuets spent farming the nerriad shawl and then exploring the world of norrath with it is time better spent than the 45 years of wasting your entire sundays to get the sky one.
