Server rules?

Any update on the server rules? This was supposed to be addressed back in March. We have lots of players waiting on a definitive set of rules and we would appreciate a more timely response.

I'd like to stress only training others is disallowed. Training yourself, as dekadenz and fallen did last night, is still quite legal.
