Game Mechanics: All spells: "You can not cast this spell while out of combat" (SoF Client)

After the August 13th 2011 patch, using the SoF Client, trying to cast a spell results in red text: "You can not cast this spell while out of combat". This happens both in and out of combat. I've tried all Level-1 druid spells, and both level 1 starter magician spells. (Skin like wood, burst of flame, minor healing, mage armor, etc.) It was working before the Aug 13 patch (v13, with the .DLL's) and still cannot cast after the August 14th hotfix.

I saw a post from last year with the same issue, the response was to get Titanium, SoF unsupported, hopefully that is not still the case. If it's "tough luck" then I understand. (Still sad, but understand)

This server runs on Titanium client. Anything else is not going to work properly.
