Hi, I have a 2013 15" Macbook Pro Retina on 10.8.3.

I was having issues using the Project 1999 Wine Wrapper the OP provided. I have created an updated wrapper that should work for everyone.

Follow the same instructions only substitute this file on step 1.

I understand most people want a wrapper to emulate Windows, but honestly, I have Bootcamped a separate SSD (swapped out the DVD drive for it - it's a fairly simple process), and am running "native" installs of both Windows 7 and OSX. As a gamer who also loves Macbook Pros, it's the only option IMO. Solves all the issues you guys are having here, and you get the best performance the machine is capable of as there is no overhead.

You can also just partition the default drive and Bootcamp the partition (Mac's Disk Drive utility is great and has no trouble with this).
Windows installations aren't always viable these days, especially when we are talking about precious SSD space.

This is naturally the ideal option if you aren't running one of the skinnier sized SSDs, but most models are shipping with SSDs and the most popular capacity is 128-256GB. Pile on your regular Mac applications, personal storage (photos, video, music), and the idea of devoting 60GB+ to Windows for a game installation becomes impossible to embrace.

I'm of course talking about default configuration machines, and you aren't running the default configuration. Many people aren't aware that you can retrofit a second drive in place of the superdrive in the standard Pro models. This of course, isn't even possible with the Air and Retina models, but I am quite positive that any MacBook model 2009+ can run this game.

Using the wine wrapper provided in Whuke's post: http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...&postcount=195 and following Phobus' guide: http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...7&postcount=37, I was able to get it up and running flawlessly.

Phobus' guide is perfect as of August 2013 with the exception of the wine wrapper (likely out of date). First page post should be updated to reflect these changes.

Hey guys, having trouble using Whuke's wrapper with Phobus' guide. You guys followed the guide exactly? I am having fatal error right after clicking the client.

I am attempting this on a 2012 11" Mac Book Air. OSX 10.8.3
