I have updated my files but get error SP-1

It had been awhile since I had played. I went to get the latest patch updates from this site. when I transferred them over to the right folder (as I also play live with all files kept in a separate folder from p99's) I went to log on and it said my spell files were still outdated and to go get the latest patch off of the getting started page. So I did and the same error popped up again. error code is SP-1. Help... what do I do?
