Can somebody give the cliff's notes version of this for the 99.9% of the population who isn't immersed enough to know what the hell any of these threads are about?

It seems like folks are having a good time with this, but why?
What is this?
Why is this soul pained?
Did you grief this soul?
Is someone bind camping this soul?
Who is Cappa?
If not a person, what is a cappa?
Is this cappa ever even on the cam created in his namesake???

What is this? it's a char logged in at the PS camp and loaded to twitch to show if PS is being camped.
Why is this soul pained? because it has to carry a stupid medallion used for vp and doesn't spawn frequently enough.
Did you grief this soul? this particular soul appears to have been griefed.
Is someone bind camping this soul? usually.
Who is Cappa? a holo wizard that can't get this spawn.

Not sure myself. It looks like someone made a level 1 to monitor a spawn and an enemy of his watches his twitch. Not sure who kills the PH every 6 minutes though. Very exciting times in Norrath.
