Game Mechanics: Cazic Thule Death Touch Malfunctioning

CT's death touches have not worked correctly since the FTE shouts were implemented.

Zone wide DT cycle does not work when golems/draco are engaged, does one DT then saves up a bunch and lets them go in rapid fire when engaged in LoS/aggro radius.

Reported previously, but old threads appear to be auto locked now.

Cazic's DTs are bugged and severely delayed since the patch. It is almost like they queue up at some points and shoot off rapid fire. Draco can also be aggro'd and not cause CT to DT the aggro'er.

• [Sun Jan 19 13:52:32 2014] Cazic Thule says 'SUPREMACY' I believe this was accidental Draco aggro. I did log to avoid DT cycle; I exited at 15:53:18 but there were no additional DTs in that 46 second time period
• [Sun Jan 19 14:29:45 2014] Cazic Thule says 'AARADIN' I believe this was also Draco aggro. I did not log out and did not get DTd.
• [Sun Jan 19 14:38:47 2014] Cazic Thule says 'CATMESS' Can only assume this is draco too. I did not log out and did not get DTd.
• [Sun Jan 19 14:40:33 2014] Cazic Thule engages Tasslehof! CT's first and only FTE shout of the fight.
• [Sun Jan 19 14:40:33 2014] Cazic Thule says 'TASSLEHOF'
• [Sun Jan 19 14:40:34 2014] Cazic Thule says 'ARGH' Lol pirate merb.
• [Sun Jan 19 14:40:35 2014] Cazic Thule says 'FOORPERS'
• [Sun Jan 19 14:40:36 2014] Cazic Thule says 'HOKUSHIN'
• [Sun Jan 19 14:40:37 2014] Cazic Thule says 'DISCOURAGED'

were the golems being trained around prior to the engage?

when Taken took down CT a week ago ( the return of raiding) we had no machine gun DTing.

We also did not kite the zone around prior to engage.

We also experienced none of the ''zone list' DT cycle. Lord Bob was in the zone actively pulling mobs while we were racing them. I think they killed one of the golems ( this was what we did on live, race to kill the golems then CT) but not sure if that has anything to do with the zone wide DT cycle.
