Can I get a developer to confirm this guys spawn chance? I've been here atleast 10 hours with no luck. This is normal? I've killed every PH I've seen

He spawns from the same cycle that Hasten Bootstrutter is on.
Jboots farmers will attempt to get Hasten up Raid Guilds will snipe Z when they feel like it for MQ $$$ Definitely spawns unless its recently broken (99% chance it's not broken) Kill more.

What are the names of the placeholder(s) you're killing?
There's a 6min 40sec respawn on the ph...are you saying you actually sat there for 10hours without getting Z? or just sporadically several times a day?

yup
I mean I camped it nonstop 3 hrs lastnight - maybe 2 this morning - then about 10 hrs after school while doing homework and whatnot - lol and yes I'm killing the right PHs! Finally got the bastard to spawn on my 16th hr just about.
