The best part about this is that the bears and wolves ALWAYS drop pelts, whereas the bandits don't always drop sashes. The bandits are still nice, of course, but given that you have a ranger, always keep an eye on track for the rabid bears and wolves, because those turn-ins are quite lucrative at that level in terms of both plat and exp. The pelts are heavy, though, so if you run across a mage, see if they would be willing to summon some weight reduction bags to offset the pelt weight. Just be sure not to leave anything in the bags when you log, because they are temporary and will poof after a time.

Save the HQ bear skins. You can almost always sell them in EC for 30 plat.

You can now probably head over to NK and farm wisps for greater light stones. Hand one to (I think Mrysella) at the gypsy camp and she'll hand you back a reaserch container (keep an open inventory slot) which you then sell back to her for 9.5 plat. Lightstones get you a lesser container (only a few silver I think) but both give good exp. Also kill rabid bears and wolves you run across here too. Not sure if HQ lion skins sell foro anything.

You can also hand greater light stones to mrysella (I think) at the gypsy camp in NK. She'll give you a research container that you sell back to her for 9.5 plat. Lightstones get a lesser container but both give pretty good exp.

Also save HQ bear skins. They sell for 30pp in EC.
