Backstab haste commes from where?
Someone told me today that Rogue only gets worn haste on their backstab if the haste item they wear is on their belt slot. Is this true?

No, that information is outdated by nearly 4 months now.

Guys, there's no reason to troll outside RnF or provide this much bad or misleading information.
On topic: according to this thread, some haste stopped affecting skill timers (backstab, kick, bash, slam, etc) around the time the time of this patch. The problem is that in updating the type of haste on the items to be more consistent, the more "consistent" haste value was only affecting auto attacks on items where haste was combined with another effect. According to Nilbog here, a solution is implemented and ready to go live, but there have not been any patches since early February. So beginning with the next patch, Rangebringer should provide proper haste on backstabs again, but until then, you will have to utilize a worn haste item with just the haste effect instead of haste combined with another effect like on Ragebringer. Here is a list of items from the wiki that provide haste. Enjoy. Some of the things listed here also work, but only when it says Haste: on the item card. Notable exceptions would be Ragebringer and Swiftwind. | ||
