Miscellaneous: Jade Chokidai Prod Nerf

I believe we're either past or close to being past the point in the the timeline for this item to be changed to shaman only. It's hard to find evidence on exactly when this happened, but it's definitely before May 2nd 2001:

It should be noted that there are 2 versions of this spear. The one listed here is the nerfed version. The Jade Chokidai Prod used to be wieldable by Rogues (and other classes I think). The spear is used for a quest for a key to Sebilis (if I am not mistaken) and I believe also for a rogue quest.
