Yeah uh, there is no "The Mystical Order" on red. If there is, it's in no way affiliated with the TMO of blue.

If you're talking about Nizarr's guild? Also again, nothing to do with TMO. Niz quit blue.

So one person, was able to kill 10+ members of tmo on a raid in VP, and he died three times(who will get it back). Would be worried a little worried to see more vp keyed people that are not in tmo/ib agreement if it was me
