I don't think that's necessarily the case after the most recent patch. I believe they added a mem blur component to FD now. It's like 50% the first flop and then increases on successive FD attempts.

As for the ignorance remark Shiroe, the only one acting ignorant is you. Giving what had happened during and following the incident, it was prime that people thought it was intentional. #1 The train that happened was because I was checking range on my throwing weapon and I tried to FD it off and the mobs reaggrod! Well this is the first time I have experienced this as a level 30 monk. The reason I kept flopping and running to zone was to try to derail the train and zone it before it could get up top I thought I was successful in that. In hind site I prolly should have /q but as I just said that is the first time that mobs kept aggro after FD on me. If I caused anyones death I sincerely apologize.
