edit: since people are counting Zelda games as RPG's, I'd have to add majora's mask, and maybe link to the past and ocarina of time if I'm in the right mood.

1. Suikoden 2
2. Breath of fire 3
3. Lunar silver star story complete
4. Wild Arms
5 Lufia 2
6. Chrono Cross
