Go to your EQ folder, find the "Launch Titanium.bat" file. Right click it, and go to "Create shortcut". It should ask if you want to put it on your desktop... hit yes. Then use that desktop shortcut to run EQ.

I right click it and I click create shortcut and it just puts another file in the folder. doesn't ask me to put on desktop.. is there another way?

Just move that new shortcut file to your desktop.

Is the Deluxe Toolbox in-game yet? I checked Rylin Coil in Ak'Anon, who the wiki says should have it, and he does not.

I saw one of these on a gnome vendor who was in a group of huts along with a few other gnomes and gnome pirates surrounding the encampment. I wanna say it was in iceclad ocean, but all these damn Velious zones look the same to me!!

Hopefully this isn't entirely unhelpful.
