Spell bar turned white

My Spell bar turned white after coming back from windowed mode. It looks terrible. The spell bar is now white on any UI-skin. I tried run it unter wineq2, restarted eq a few times. Updates the whole uifiles again. im getting tired of this ui problems [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] nothing worked.

Any ideas?

Not as easy as right click the spell bar | background | Texture and / or Tint Color is it?
